(New York Stock Exchange: ALX) announced today that it has entered into a lease with Citibank, N.A. for 176,000 square feet of office space at its 731 Lexington Avenue property. 731 Lexington Avenue is a 1.3 million square foot, mixed-use property which contains 885,000 square feet of office space which is now 100% leased, including 697,000 square feet leased to Bloomberg L.P.
