(New York Stock Exchange: ALX) today announced it has entered into an agreement to sell its Third Avenue property located in the Bronx, New York for $15 million which would result in a gain of approximately $11.5 million. This sale is expected to be completed during the third quarter of this year. The agreement is conditional and there can be no assurance it will be consummated.
